ROBSON BONNICHES, et al., Plaintiffs

v.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, et al., Defendants

Federal Defendants' Motion to Intervene by the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation

On May 26, 2000, the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation ("Yakama Nation") filed a motion seeking to intervene in the above-captioned matter. Federal Defendants believe that the Yakama Nation's participation would contribute to a full development of the underlying issues in the suit and therefore urge the Court to grant the Yakama Nation's motion to intervene.

Dated this 9th day of June, 2000.

Respectfully submitted,

Lois J. Schiffer
